I would like to say day one starts at birth. However, I am 3 months out from my 26th birthday, so let’s just start here. Day 1 is actually pretty simple: getting sleep. I have not slept more than 4 hours a night for the last couple of weeks. First, there was partying because my friends are moving to Florida and Maryland. I had to give them a send off. Second, I do networking for hospital and have unfortunate pleasure of working the night shift. And finally, I just excited and have been up at night putting together my regime through google and chats with friends! Yup, my brain is the most important core muscle to get this training started right. So…9.5 hours of sleep for 3 days so that I can feel ready to go.
